This is a notice that the Annual General Meeting of the British Columbia Pipers’ Association will be on Saturday, November 20, 2021 from 9:00 am to 11:30 am Pacific Standard Time as an ONLINE MEETING ONLY.
This form of meeting was approved by the Board of Directors to exercise new capabilities in the BC Societies Act to enable greater participation of members in the general meetings. In addition, due to the ongoing COVID-19 concerns, this format is appropriately suited for maximum attendance.
The business for the meeting will be as indicated in Clause 5.3 of the BCPA By-Laws and specifically in the AGM Agenda which includes instructions on registering for and connecting to the online meeting.
