4.1.4 The Adult grade is limited to competitors 18 years of age and older and is limited to a maximum ability of the Grade 4 Piping Grade. Upon approval of the Grading Committee, the promotion path is into the Grade 4 Piping grade.

4.1.5 The Adult Prep grade is limited to participants 18 years of age and older who have never competed on pipes before. Effective October 1, 2021, participation is limited to a maximum ability of the Grade 4 Piping grade. Participants in this grade are not eligible for prizes or placings but will only receive adjudicator’s feedback.
