2018 Mary MacKinnon Memorial Service Award winners Jim and Donna Maxwell

The BC Pipers’ Association has been the home to many great individuals who selfishly gave of their time and talent over many years to promote this century old organization. Today, their names and efforts continue to support piping and drumming through bursaries and awards set up in their memory, supporting  youth development and service to the piping and drumming community.

Neil O. Stubberfield was another long-time member of the Piobaireachd Club and BCPA benefactor.  The bursaries in his name financially assist active pipers and adjudicators to advance their understanding or performance of piobaireachd.
