The new Bellingham Scottish Gathering, lead by well known Whatcom County highland dancing teacher, judge, and competition organizer Heather Richendrfer, begins its inaugural highland games and Scottish festival on Saturday June 2, 2018 at Hovander Homestead Park in Ferndale, WA.

BCPA is pleased that piping, drumming, and pipe band competitions are returning to Whatcom County in early June and has indicated to the organizers that BCPA will assist with the piping, drumming, and pipe band competitions and their promotion to ensure a successful launch.
