Mini-Gathering
The February 21, 2015 BCPA Mini-Gathering will be held at its usual venue, Pitt River Middle School, 2070 Tyner St, Port Coquitlam, BC, V3C 2Z1.
The deadline for February Mini-Gathering entries is February 7.
Annual Gathering
The BCPA Annual Gathering will be held on Friday and Saturday April 3 and 4, 2015 at the same venue as in 2014 namely, Clayton Heights Secondary School, 7003 188 Street, Surrey, BC, V4N 3G6.
The Annual Gathering online entry form will be published in the middle of the week of February 8.
Online Entries Only
Please note that, as originally announced in an October 2014 BCPA eNews Blast, beginning with the 2015 Annual Gathering, all competition entries and their payments shall be done online for all competitions administered, managed and run by BCPA.
Hardcopy entry forms will not be offered and no cheques will be accepted as payment for entry fees.
Several bank gift cards, in Canada and the US, can be accepted by the BCPA’s online entry system. This method may be used by people who do not want to use their personal credit cards for online transactions and by pipe bands. A partial list of these bank gift cards will be published at the time of the Annual Gathering online entry form publishing.
