BCPA Pipers Bevan, Lee and Troy sweep Piobaireachd events at Oban, the only time all three Piobaireachd events at Oban have been won by pipers from a region outside Scotland
Congratulations to Alan Bevan, winner of the Gold Medal, Jack Lee for winning the Senior and James P. Troy for winning the Silver Medal at Oban. Wednesday August 21st was a historic day for British Columbia piping. This is the only time all three Piobaireachd events at Oban have been won by pipers from a region outside Scotland. Andrew Bonar, also from British Columbia, placed fourth in the Gold Medal.
