Awards Ceremony, viewing results and receiving your adjudication sheets

The results will be announced at the Annual Gathering Awards Ceremony & Ceilidh which will be held online via Zoom on Saturday April 17 at 6:30 pm Pacific Time. Details on registering for the Awards Ceremony and Ceilidh will be published soon on the BCPA website (www.bcpipers.org).

The complete results will be posted on the BCPA website following the Awards Ceremony. Afterward, your adjudication sheets will be automatically emailed to you along with a link to the complete results.

To reduce the chances that the automated emails will be caught in the Spam/Junk folder of your email client, the emails will be metered out over several hours. However, please regularly check your Spam/Junk folder after 9:00 pm Pacific Time that day to ensure they are not caught there.

If you do not receive the emails containing your adjudication sheets by 11:59 pm Pacific Time April 17, please contact BCPA IT Infrastructure Leader Garth Newlands at it.infrastructure@archive.bcpipers.org and within one day he will manually email your adjudication sheets to you.

Finally, if you need technical assistance with these instructions, please contact BCPA IT Infrastructure Leader Garth Newlands at it.infrastructure@archive.bcpipers.org
