2021 Feb BCPA Online Mini-Gathering Orders of Play, Schedules, and Adjudicators Assignments

Players entered for the 2021 February BCPA Online Mini-Gathering have been sent an email with specific instructions and links to the Orders of Play, adjudicator chosen tune(s), as well as schedules for Grade 1 Piping and Grade 1 Snare Drumming.

Grade 1 Piping and Grade 1 Snare Drumming competitors will be performing their music event at defined times on February 20 on a “digital platform” (Zoom meeting) while recording it on a separate device at the same time and later uploading the video.

The links to the Orders of Play, adjudicator chosen tune(s), as well as Schedules for the Grade 1 Piping and Grade 1 Snare Drumming are located here and here.

Like during the 2020 BCPA Online Performance Assessments, multiple adjudicators have been assigned to each event in this competition, again providing additional adjudication perspectives for the players on their performances. Those assignments have been emailed to the adjudicators and will also be published on the BCPA website on February 17.

Players who have not yet received the email in their Inbox should check their Spam/Junk folder to see if it was caught there. If it is not there, please contact BCPA IT Infrastructure Leader Garth Newlands at  it.infrastructure@archive.bcpipers.org

Players are strongly advised to carefully review the emailed instructions and their referenced documents and prepare accordingly for their events.
