More Tuning Rooms
This season more tuning rooms are available as well as a final tuning room for each platform. Players are required to respect the following rules around these rooms:
- Competitors shall not use the general tuning rooms more than 45 minutes before their performance time
- Final tuning rooms are for use only by one competitor at a time and only available to that competitor when the preceding competitor goes on to compete

Grand Aggregate Awards
The 2019 BCPA Grand Aggregate Awards will be presented just before the Mini-Gathering at 10:15 am in the Cafeteria of Pitt River Middle School.
Come out and congratulate the winners of these season long awards.

The Mini-Gathering is at Pitt River Middle School, 2070 Tyner Road, Port Coquitlam, BC, V3C 2Z1 and starts at 11:00 a.m.
