The BCPA would like to thank Bruce Crawford, Piping & Drumming Chair of the Bellingham Scottish Gathering, for his great work in his inaugural year in the role and Heather Richendrfer, Executive Director of the Bellingham Scottish Gathering, for her determined and extensive efforts in handling and overcoming the challenges presented by Whatcom County for the use of Hovander Homestead Park.
