The inaugural Campbell River Highland Gathering was held in conjunction with the 51st Annual Campbell River Salmonfest and Logger Competition on August 11, 2018 at Nunns Creek Park in Campbell River, BC.
The event has garnered a couple of nicknames – “Buzzsaws and Bagpipes”, or the “Art of the Birl and the Skirl”. The following was provided by Brian Shaw, Chief Organizer for the Campbell River Highland Gathering.
Thank you to all the participants and volunteers who came to the Campbell River Highland Gathering on August 11. What a terrific event it was!
