The first Piobaireachd Club meeting of the 2016/17 season is on Friday, October 21 starting at 7:30 pm.
It will be hosted by Ron Sutherland at his residence, 4169 Lions Avenue, North Vancouver, BC. Those who have not been before, it is in the highlands; which is fitting for piobaireachd.
The feature piper will be Jack Lee, as he prepares for his invitation to the Glenfiddich piping championship.
He will play A Son’s Salute to his Parents and Lament for Hugh.
All piobaireachd players and aficionados are welcome to attend, play and/or enjoy the big music.
